Summary of events
This event presented stakeholders with the chance to dive into the impacts of the ARCON Act’s implementation on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) involved in digital advertising. The 60 minute moderator led session involved MSMEs who play a pivotal role in the Nigerian economy. The closed event aimed to critically review the ARCON Act from a legal standpoint and provide possible recommendations for an amendment.
